Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding Recipe

Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 5 mins | Chill: 2 hrs

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dragon fruit puree
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey

How to Make:

  1. Mix chia seeds with milk and honey.
  2. Add dragon fruit puree and stir well.
  3. Chill for 2 hours until set.
  4. Serve topped with fresh fruit.

Tips:

Stir halfway through chilling to avoid clumps.
