Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding Recipe
Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 5 mins | Chill: 2 hrs
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dragon fruit puree
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
How to Make:
- Mix chia seeds with milk and honey.
- Add dragon fruit puree and stir well.
- Chill for 2 hours until set.
- Serve topped with fresh fruit.
Tips:
Stir halfway through chilling to avoid clumps.
